Privacy Policy

I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

1. Information you give us

The Game can be played without registering an account. You only provide information when you choose to: a nickname or avatar you set inside the Game, the content of feedback or bug reports you submit, and the email address you write from when you contact our support address.

2. Information collected automatically

To make the Game run and to keep it working correctly, we and our service providers may collect:

3. Why we collect it

We use this information to run and display the Game, save and restore your progress, adapt the interface to your device and language, diagnose crashes and fix defects, detect cheating and abuse, and understand in aggregate how the Game is used so that we can improve it.

4. What we do not collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, including government identification numbers, biometric data, precise geolocation, health records, contact lists, call logs, SMS content, or financial account credentials. Please do not include such information in feedback you send us.

5. Advertising

The Game is free to play and is funded by advertising. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob and its advertising partners, who may use the advertising identifier described above, your IP address, and information about how you interact with an ad in order to select what to show you and to measure whether it worked. The full list of partners is shown inside the consent form described below, and the advertising SDKs themselves are listed in Annex 1.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before any of this happens. The form is shown by Google’s User Messaging Platform the first time you play. You can consent, or choose Manage options to refuse or to decide on each purpose and each advertising partner individually. Nothing is shared for personalised advertising until you have made a choice.

You can change your mind at any time. Open the settings (the gear button at the top right of the home screen) and choose Privacy options to reopen the same form. Where the law does not require a consent form, that entry is not shown. You can also reset or opt out of the advertising identifier entirely in your device’s system settings, which limits ad personalisation across every app on the device.

If you refuse, or where consent is unavailable, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalised — selected from general context rather than from your interests.

On iPhone and iPad, the Game asks for permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier (IDFA) can be read. The prompt appears the first time you choose to watch an ad, not when the Game starts. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the identifier is not available to us or to our advertising partners, and you can change the answer at any time under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your device. Either way the Game plays exactly the same.

II. Rules for Our Use of Your Personal Information

We use your personal information only for the purposes described in this policy. If we ever need to use it for a purpose not covered here, we will ask for your consent first.

We may produce statistics that are aggregated or de-identified so that they can no longer be linked to any individual — for example, the total number of players who completed a level. Such statistics are not personal information and may be used or published without further notice. We do not sell your personal information.

Legal bases. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or a similar law applies to you, we rely on the following grounds. We process the data needed to run the Game, save your progress and deliver what you purchased because it is necessary to perform our agreement with you. We process crash diagnostics, abuse detection and aggregate usage statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Game working and improving it, having weighed that interest against your rights. We process data for personalised advertising, and for any purpose you were separately asked about, on the basis of your consent — which you may withdraw at any time, from the settings inside the Game or from your device’s system settings, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.

III. How You Access and Control Your Information

You may, at any time:

We reply to such requests within 30 days. We may ask you for information that lets us verify the request comes from you before we act on it, and we may decline requests that are unreasonably repetitive or that would infringe the rights of others.

If the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you additionally have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have data erased; to have our processing restricted; to receive the data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable form; to object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest; and to withdraw a consent you previously gave. Exercising any of these rights is free, and we will not treat you differently for doing so. Write to support@dee1games.com and name the Game in your message.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the EEA, the data protection authority of the country where you live or work; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would rather you came to us first so that we can put the matter right, but you are not required to.

IV. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

We do not publicly disclose your personal information except with your consent or where we are legally required to do so.

V. How We Store, Protect, and Manage Your Information

Retention. We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law. When the period ends, we delete the information or process it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

Storage. Information is stored on servers operated by us or by our cloud providers. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it continues to receive protection consistent with this policy.

Security. We protect information in transit with encryption, restrict internal access on a need-to-know basis, and review our security practices periodically. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Incidents. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify affected users and the competent authorities in the manner and within the time limits required by applicable law, and describe what happened and what you can do.

VI. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Game is an application rather than a website, so it does not use browser cookies. It stores a small amount of data locally on your device — your settings and progress, and the identifiers described in Section I — so that the Game can resume where you left off and so that we can measure performance and detect abuse. You can clear this data by clearing the Game’s storage or uninstalling it.

This web page itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

VII. Emails and Information We Send to You

We may send in-Game notices about service changes, maintenance, or updates to these terms. Push notifications, where the Game offers them, can be turned off in your device’s system settings at any time.

We send email only in reply to a message you sent us, or where an essential service notice cannot reasonably be delivered inside the Game. We do not send marketing email to addresses collected through support requests.

VIII. Third-Party Services in Our Services

The Game may contain software development kits (SDKs) supplied by third parties, and links to third-party destinations such as app stores or social networks. When you use those services, your information is handled under their privacy policies, not this one. We do not control how they collect or use data and are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party service before you use it.

The SDKs currently bundled with the Game are listed in Annex 1.

IX. Protection of Minors

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13, or under the equivalent age set by the law of your country. If you are a minor, please use the Game only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and ask them to read this policy with you.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without such consent. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes we hold information about their child may contact us at support@dee1games.com and we will act on the request.

X. Scope of Application of This Policy

This policy applies to Woofdoku and to the support we provide for it. It does not apply to products or services operated by third parties, even where they are reached from inside the Game, and it does not apply to our other games, each of which publishes its own policy at its own address.

XI. Modifications to This Policy

We may revise this policy as the Game evolves or as the law changes. The Effective Date shown at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give prominent notice in the Game before the change takes effect.

Continuing to use the Game after a revised policy takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept the revision, please stop using the Game.
